Integrated HVAC & Intelligent Thermal Management Systems

Battery cooler

This product supports battery cooling for new energy vehicles during ultra-fast charging conditions, with a maximum cooling capacity of 18kW.

Water-cooled condenser

This water-cooled condenser employs multi-herringbone corrugated plates to achieve efficient heat exchange between refrigerant and coolant. Its compact design, coupled with the use of industry-leading lightweight, solder-free materials, ensures both reduced weight and effective maintenance of product cleanliness.

Warm breeze

The heater core serves as the central component for heating and temperature regulation within the passenger compartment. High-temperature antifreeze circulates through the heater core, exchanging heat with the external air to release warmth into the cabin environment. Rated heat exchange capacity: 4.75 kW @ 300 m³/h with -7°C intake air; 8 kW @ 300 m³/h with -17°C intake air.

Internal cooling

The internal condenser serves as the core component for heating the passenger compartment and regulating temperature within the heat pump air conditioning unit. High-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant flows into the internal condenser, where it undergoes heat exchange with the external air. This process releases heat to the external air, thereby achieving the objective of heating the passenger compartment. Rated heat exchange capacity: 14 kW @ 467 m³/h, with an inlet air temperature of -10°C.

Evaporator

The evaporator serves as the core component within the air conditioning unit responsible for cooling the passenger compartment and regulating its temperature. Refrigerant, initially in a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous state, passes through the expansion valve to transform into a low-temperature, low-pressure two-phase state. It then flows into the evaporator where it undergoes heat exchange with the external air, absorbing heat from the ambient air to achieve the cooling of the passenger compartment. Rated heat exchange capacity: 8.5 kW @ 450 m³/h, 43°C/40% inlet air conditions.

Oil cooler

The oil cooler is designed to cool the transmission lubricant. Currently, oil coolers used in vehicles are categorised by cooling medium into water-cooled oil coolers and air-cooled oil coolers. This particular oil cooler is an air-cooled type. Its installation primarily utilises external air to cool the transmission oil to its operating temperature through fluid convective heat exchange. At this temperature, lubrication performance is optimal, thereby reducing fuel consumption and protecting transmission components from wear.

Front-end cooling module

This cooling module comprises components including the OHX, LTR, electric fan, air duct cover, and vibration damping pads.

Our company's intelligent fragrance module not only achieves deep integration with the vehicle's smart cockpit, but also enables intelligent functions such as fragrance switching, concentration adjustment, and remaining quantity alerts via the central control screen interface. It can invigorate the mind, purify the air, and create a pleasant atmosphere, meeting diverse user needs while enhancing the vehicle's overall sense of luxury and technological sophistication.

Thermal Management Controller

The thermal management controller serves as the “brain” of the new energy vehicle's thermal management system. It continuously monitors the temperatures of the battery, motor, and passenger compartment via sensor signals, precisely controlling actuators such as fans, water pumps, and compressors to maintain overall thermal equilibrium. This ensures vehicle safety, performance, and range.
