This product supports battery cooling for new energy vehicles during ultra-fast charging conditions, with a maximum cooling capacity of 18kW.The plate features a multi-herringbone wave structure and is manufactured from solder-free material. Through specific structural design and CFD simulation analysis, the chiller plate achieves uniform flow distribution, enabling efficient heat exchange while maintaining low flow resistance. Depending on the customer’s structural constraints, it can be arranged horizontally or vertically. It is suitable for heat exchange in vehicle cooling and heating applications.

This battery cooler can be configured with varying plate counts or flow configurations to meet specific application requirements for heat exchange capacity, flow resistance, and spatial constraints.
