  • Mounting method: The electric fan guard serves as the cooling module’s load-bearing structure, secured to the vehicle chassis via vibration damping pads.
  • Mounting angle: Arranged at a 44° incline
  • Installation method: Fully bayonet-coupled design for the air duct cover, condenser, radiator, and fan, minimising bolt usage and reducing costs.
  • All components feature sealed interfaces to prevent air leakage and backflow, maximising the cooling module’s heat dissipation capacity.
  • Air duct cover and vibration damping pad structures are proprietary in-house designs.
